What do we do to get California going on a statewide platform?

As both of those goals have been met, the economy should now be completely opened There is no emergency that is requiring emergency powers. An emergency looks like this: An oil spill happens on the freeway, and the health department is allowed to order that anyone in the area dealing with it wears a hazmat suit for cleanup. It does not mean months upon months of deciding every minutia of life forever If this is about "science," why are all the contrarian scientists ignored?

THEREFORE: The Assembly needs to act IMMEDIATELY to overturn Governor Newsom's authority with this. There is already a bill (ACR 196) being put forward by Kevin Kiley, 6th District to declare the state of emergency terminated. Encourage your assemblyman to support in committee (if appropriate) and vote YES on bill ACR 196.
